Our team seeks a senior level Program Planning Lead to support project activities in the Optical Payload Center of Excellence. This position will require a current TS/SCI security clearance.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will.
Collaborate with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management while working within the planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into a performance measurement baseline
Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between partners
Assist in negotiating hand-offs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required
Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to management and engineering

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 13-15 years of relevant planning experience
Advanced Microsoft Project tool experience
Experience with critical path, path-to and float analysis
Demonstrated experience planning major programs from concept through delivery
Must be a United States citizen with a current TS/SCI security clearance
Desired Skills:
Strong understanding of the Program Performance Management Process
Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule and rolling wave planning
Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines and with Senior Level Management
Experience operating in MS Project Server environment
Demonstrated ability to solicit and obtain schedule input from stakeholders
Experience with executive level (Director/VP or higher) management teams and customers (communication / briefing).
