The Polysomnographic Technologist will work under the general supervision of the Medical Director. They will perform various studies, which include PSG, PAP titrations, MSLT and MWTs that will aid in evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. The Polysomnographic Technologist will monitor the patient throughout the sleep study and documents observations, collects data from various monitors and reports this information to the physician. They will also be responsible for oxygen therapy when applicable and scoring sleep reports.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Certifiedor registered by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists or inthe process of completing a pathway to be come certified or registered.

2. Minimumof six (6) months to 1 year experience in sleep studies.

3. CurrentBLS certification

4. Goodcommunication skills, detail oriented and computer skills helpful.

5. Abilityto work alone or with others as team to ensure quality patient care.
