DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Principal Product Manager to support the development and launch of new strategic products and initiatives. We are looking for someone who can help us solve hard problems, innovate across many dimensions, and challenge the status quo.

This role will drive invention and execution of several advertising products and programs, and will partner with multiple internal and external stakeholder teams (across tech/product, operations, business management, marketing, operations, finance and more) to scope deliverables, define structure, and ensure on-time delivery. This is a high visibility, cross-org role that will require you to develop ideas independently and drive them through execution with cross functional stakeholder teams. You will be a leader within our team, and will drive teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

About you:
You have prior experience envisioning and building products from incubation to launch. You have previously managed highly complex initiatives, delivered successful projects, managed deadlines and risks across multiple teams, and communicated effectively to cross-functional stakeholder teams. Our environment is very fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, energetic, biased for action, detail oriented, and comfortable tracking many threads across many teams. You are adept at writing crisp strategy and execution documents for a varied audience, including executive leadership and partner teams. You thrive in ambiguity, have exceptional judgment and intuition, and can think of all the right questions, when to ask them, and successfully drive them to resolution across various disciplines. This is a builder role so this mentality and capability is imperative.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree
Experience in product management of highly complex initiatives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a diverse team
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in an ever changing environment
Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives
Proven ability to build and scale program management processes for new or ambiguous areas
Proven ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across business units
Tenacity, diplomacy, and a sense of humor
