Join Honeywell Aerospaces world class One Country HR organization based in Rocky Mount, NC. This role will serve as HR Site Leader for the Rocky Mount location and will also have responsibilities for additional small sites or remote client groups covering both manufacturing and engineering employees.
This role will build upon your HR functional and business partnering expertise to align human resources principles with business objectives, actively engaging in leadership coaching, organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and staffing and compensation strategies. Working in a matrixed shared-service environment, this role partners with cross-functional teams to broker core HR services.
