In this job, youll work with the Talent Management Team through an enterprise-wide initiative to support and enhance the talent management processes, provide technical expertise on SuccessFactors (SF) Talent Modules, provide consultation to stakeholders and HR Business Partners, conduct data analysis of effective talent management processes and analyze and produce reports and make recommendations. You will use your excellent written and oral communication skills to develop enterprise communications, design program training materials, and facilitate training. You will also manage updates to SharePoint intranet department pages. As a Senior Specialist, your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

* HRIS System Support: Provides SuccessFactors Talent Module Technical support to HR Business Partners, Leaders, Employees, Employee Relations, and EIC serving as first point of contact for any escalated issues. This includes researching and resolving system problems recommending solutions and alternate methods. Assists with testing and validation.
* Reporting and Analytics: Designs and maintains PDP and Talent Planning reports in SuccessFactors, excel, and Power BI. Develops recommendations through analysis and evaluation of PDP and Talent Planning trends, insights, and outcomes.
* Talent Management Training: Uses own judgment to assess OU business needs and designs ad-hoc presentations, job aids, and training materials. Facilitates training and assists with drafting enterprise communications.

Qualifications
The essentials

* Five years of HR experience.
* Two years of HRIS related work.
* Experience using data sets, models, and providing analysis and recommendations.
* Three years of experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, v-look ups, and advanced formulas.
* Experience supporting large-scale corporate initiatives.

The preferred

* Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior or a related discipline is preferred.
* Experience with supporting SuccessFactors Talent Management modules including succession, performance, development, goal management to support the talent planning and performance management processes.
* Experience using Power BI to build data sets, models and analysis using Talent data.
* Strong relationship management, communication skills, and stakeholder engagement skills, with solution-oriented approaches and strong collaboration with HR colleagues and business stakeholders.
* Strong presentation skills having experience presenting to a large audience. Have a strong background in program facilitation and training.
* Ability to analyze and integrate data throughout succession cycle, identify trends and relationships, inform solutions and measure impact.
* Succession planning and performance management experience supporting a large-scale corporate talent.
