In this job you will be a part of the Wildfire Performance Management group within SCEs Transmission and Distribution (T&D) organization and serve in an important analytical, reporting and PMO project management support capacity focused on Wildfire Mitigation data analysis and reporting. A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

* Support Wildfire Mitigation stakeholder engagement activities including, maintenance of tracking systems that house all forms of engagement with internal and external stakeholders (EX: Workshops, presentations, Town Hall Meetings, Legislative activity)
* Keep an updated network and log of eligible speakers for the various speaking engagements. Ensure speakers are prepared with materials and advanced prep sessions. Ensure meeting decks have speakers notes and available context needed for the speaker to have clear facts and the capability to answer challenging questions. Ensure all data and facts presented are up to date
* Assist Senior Advisor with Cross-OU collaboration on engagement strategies
* Refine and maintain systems and processes that aim to track the performance of goals pertaining to Wildfire Mitigation Strategies
* Support cross Grid Resiliency activities including data management and regulatory activity that need data pull, analysis, and recommendations. Ensure all source data is kept organized and, in a place, that the team can access

Qualifications
The essentials

* Five (5) years or more of experience supporting strategic initiatives/efforts
* Five (5) years or more of experience working with large sets of data needed to form highly visible decisions
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

The preferred

* Bachelors degree or higher in applicable business or technical field
* Project Management certification
* Continuous Improvement certification such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile or similar methodology
* Possess knowledge of SCEs Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP) and other grid resiliency initiatives
* Experience utilizing SharePoint and MS Teams
* Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate data, context, and implications to a wide variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Work effectively in team environments
