The Senior API Engineer will work with different internal teams and external vendors to provide the highest standards of Administration & Support for both custom and vendor applications
High-level job responsibilities:
* Provide technical knowledge in the design, development, implementation/installation, maintenance, and support of various enterprise custom and vendor information systems
* Install, administer, upgrade & support 40+ applications (APIGEE, API, KONG, Vertex, Amdocs Billing Applications, etc.)
* Troubleshoot & resolve user issues with above applications
* Provide 24/7 application support as part of a rotating on-call schedule

Specific qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 5+ years of experience in Information Technology development or infrastructure
* Knowledge on Windows and/or Linux operating systems to install, administer, upgrade and support different applications
* Experience with databases and SQL fundamentals
* Experience with IT security concepts and IT-Networking protocols
* Willingness to learn and work on different applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in AWS, API, APIGEE, Amdocs Billing applications a plus
Compensation: $86,400.00/Yr. - $120,200.00/Yr.
