Organizational Design Specialist

Key Role

Support the client as an Organizational Design Specialist who will provide workforce management support to leadership through experience in staffing new organizations and support government HR specialists and government staffing needs. Develop standard processes, write position descriptions and recruitment packages, and set up interview panels. Ensure onboarding of new staff goes smoothly, provide status and risk reporting to pillars, and executive leadership.

Basic Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment
* Experience with Workforce Management activities such as onboarding, recruiting, new hire checklists, and other HR activities
* Experience identifying and mitigating program and project risks
* Experience in government consulting
* BA or BS degree, or an additional 8 years of professional work experience many be substituted in lieu of degree requirements

Additional Qualifications

* Experience with Veterans' Affairs
* Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology
* BA or BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, Human Resources, Math, or Physics
