Program Manager Operations

Join us as a Program Manager Operations Consultant on our Global Software & Peripherals Transformation team in the US to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What youll achieve
As a senior contributor, you will be responsible for managing the breakthrough initiatives focused on increasing Attach, After Point of Sale (APOSO sales, analyzing the global display and client peripherals business, improving E2E Customer Experience and driving operational efficiency. .
You will:
Communicate and lead all aspects of program documentation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement, and project handoffs
Develop a strategy that aligns different business units and scales globally
Use appropriate tools and techniques to gauge progress and changes to the scope and schedule.
Identify and quantify variances and perform required corrective actions while communicating to all partners.

Essential Requirements

* Lead cross-functional teams to drive a comprehensive set of strategic to tactical actions to address strategic ecosystem attach opportunities

* Lead Business Intelligence efforts along with clear action plan to drive S&P; Attach

* Improves the way we deliver products and sales supports by simplifying our processes

* Facilitates ELT & SVP status updates every 4-8 weeks

Desirable Requirements

* 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

* Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or other related field

* Extensive experience in driving cross-functional programs and projects - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus

* Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills

* Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges and operate in periods of ambiguity Ability to convert ambiguity into structure and direction

* Consulting experience, including competitive benchmarking and analysis a plus

* Exceptional end-to-end thinking

* Strong presentation and communication skill, including Executive level interactions

* Advanced Powerpoint and Excel skills
