This is an hourly level position.
The Plant Processes soybeans into meal and oil. The soybean oil is refined and processed into biodiesel. The process operates continuously and is staffed 24/7.
Job Responsibilities:
* General Housekeeping in all areas of the Plant, Elevator, Office and Maintenance Shop
* Operate skid steer loader safely and efficiently while preforming Plant housekeeping duties
* Train for vacation relief in the Material Handler position
* Assist maintenance personnel if needed
* Any other jobs directed by supervisor
* Must be willing to work ANY shift
Job Requirements:
* Good attendance history
* Excellent safety record and awareness
* Previous plant or related work experience
* Previous experience with skid steer loader and/or pay loader
* Ability to work safely on multiple tasks during any work day in all weather conditions
* Willingness to work overtime when necessary and shift work if required
* Good organizational skills
* Able and willing to learn new responsibilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven housekeeping and sanitation skills
* Demonstrated troubleshooting skills is helpful
