Key Requirements and Responsibilities

* Implementation and characterization of new optical metrology products

* Design test plans, collect data, perform analyses, present results and conclusions to engineering teams and customers

* Demonstrate and extract product value statements hand in hand with engineering and marketing teams

* Thorough, in-depth understanding of customer technologies, processes, and critical gaps; Definition and implementation of metrology solutions addressing the gaps

* Interface with customers, align on technical requirements and schedules

* Creation of new methodologies in order to optimize system performance for specific applications

* Analysis, development, and transfer of application capabilities to customer sites

* Documentation of BKMs and procedures

* Lead customer technical review meetings

* Deliver training to new employees and target customers

* Ability to work individually and in groups

* Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information; build consensus around ideas/implementations

Minimum Qualifications

* Doctorate degree in a relevant field, or Master's Degree with proven experience of >2 years
