Key Responsibilities

* Lead global acquisition integration activities, including strategic planning and tactical execution
* Help develop, maintain and continually approve Applied s post-acquisition integration playbook.
* Participate in the due diligence process to learn about potential acquisition targets and assist in the creation of an integration plan.
* Develop detailed cross-functional plans from integration program inception to success completion and then drive forward all aspects of the integration with functional, cross- functional, and BU leads
* Through influence and strong project management ability, ensure cross-functional leaders complete integration deliverables
* Act as the primary liaison and point-of-contact with leads at acquired companies to ensure seamless integration
* Present clear and concise summaries to the executive team on the progress of integrations
* Manage operational on the ground teams during critical phases of integration
* Implement thoughtful business processes to support and integrate agents
* Hold yourself to a standard of constant improvement, learning from past experiences and adjusting your go-forward strategy
* Demonstrate versatility to work in both strategic capacity and play a hands-on role, when required

EXPERIENCE

* Proven track record of setting up, defining, and leading global M&A integrations for high-tech companies, ideally semiconductor companies
* 7-10 years in this and/or related Program Management role
* Working with and supporting a strategic Corporate Development team
* Executing best practices in M&A across various integration disciplines
* Comfort with building and delivering executive presentations that simplify complex issues
* Ability to get to the heart of a problem and mobilize the right people to solve it.
* Problem-solving skills - ability to define and structure problems, collect data, and synthesize recommendations into an action plan.
* Significant experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
