This role is in Global Contingent Workforce Organization (GCWF) organization which is responsible for end-to-end management of Contingent Workers globally at Applied including policy, process, operations and user experience ensuring Applied leverages best practices when sourcing and managing contingent workers. With over 13,000 Contingent Workers, this workforce is a critical part of our talent pipeline and our ability to meet strategic objectives. This newly-formed organization will be chartered to provide access to best-in-class services and talent to meet Applied s business objectives.

looking for a high energy and Strategic Senior leader, Business Engagement for this Global Contingent Workforce (GCWF) team. This leader will be responsible for partnering with the key business Stakeholders, HR to drive, implement and operationalize an overall Contingent workforce strategy for the BU/Function aligned to the Business goals

Key Responsibilities
* Discuss with HM agree upon expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in the requisition fulfilment process
* Becomes the subject matter expert on GCWF and support regular open office hours for our customers and stakeholders.
* Monitor performance against contract SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry and vendor compliance tracking
* Provide constant interaction via face to face, email and phone with client, staffing vendors, contract personnel and other partners
* Assist Business managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including: requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing
* Demonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions appropriate for the position prior to conducting requirement intake session with hiring managers in order to gather detailed job descriptions to distribute to supply base
* Monitor overall program progress, the execution, and ensure the delivery is to an appropriate level of quality. Anticipate risks, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
* Effectively communicates: Understands who needs what information, when, and from whom. Ability to write strong narratives and business cases. Reports and tracks all critical tasks in project. Follows right escalation channel to ensure delivery as planned.
* Manage tooling or technology launches and support configuration for the GCWF team. Create SOPs and informative materials for IT Support managers and engineers.
* Execute and monitor project plans, secures resources, and drive change management strategies; collaborate effectively to achieve project goals.
* Stakeholder management: Define the project direction for the GCWF initiatives and gain consensus from our customer and stakeholder teams within IT Support.
* Work with cross-disciplinary and cross functional teams like IT Support, HR, Business Intelligence, and other ops or tech teams
* Manage supplier relationships through close communication and collaboration. Participate in all relevant training programs available internally for business and professional development knowledge

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in or relevant experience. MBA HR is preferred.
* 5+ years of Sourcing experience with a Program Management Qualification (Lean, Agile, Scrum, Etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
* Process specific expertise of compliance and/or regulatory functions like labor laws, GDPR, etc.
* Exposure to quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean operations.
* Experience using platforms/tools like SAP Fieldglass, SAP, Tableau.
* High capability for data mining, problem solving and analytical work, including the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and analytical platforms.
* MSP / VMS and Contingent Workforce Operations experience in the semiconductor, Technology, Materials Management industries
