The Data Science position will work within a highly collaborative & interdisciplinary team applying state of the art machine learning & predictive modeling techniques to real business problems. You will have the opportunity to transform healthcare and provide solutions that improve health outcomes for our patients by leveraging our rich & expansive data sources. You will unlock key data driven insights that will help inform our patient outreach & experience strategy.
What the Data Scientist will do within Pharmacy Personalization Analytics:

Lead discussions with key internal/external stakeholders and make recommendations on how best to leverage machine learning and advanced analytic methods to support business outcomes.
Provide expertise in modeling & statistical approaches (machine learning methods ranging from regression methods, decision trees, deep learning, NLP techniques, uplift modeling; statistical modeling such as multivariate techniques)
Manage deliverables across multiple projects with a bias to action, help set right expectations on LOE & timelines.
Lead & contribute to cross-functional teams in implementing scalable models in cloud platforms.
Present technical findings in a variety of formats (reports, PPT, graphs, figures and tables), formulating recommendations, and effectively presenting the results to non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in constructing, validating, and executing machine learning solutions (advanced educational degree can be applied to years experience)
3+ years of experience in at least one of the programming languages Python, R, Scala, C etc.
Advanced level proficiency with frameworks for Machine Learning & predictive modeling (5+ years)
2 + years Expert level proficiency with common modeling tools and frameworks, e.g. TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Theano etc.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with big data emerging technologies (like Hive, Spark, Presto etc.)
Experience with cloud infrastructure (like Azure, GCP, AWS etc.)
Experience leading teams and responsibility of career development of junior members
Familiarity with tools to automate CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GIT, Control-M)
Ability to drive data management and model productionalization best practices
Experience leading design and implementation of end-to-end solutions using Machine Learning, Optimization, and other advanced technologies, and own live deployments
Demonstrated experience presenting to audiences including technical, non-technical and senior leaders
Demonstrated experience leading cross functional initiatives communicating effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members and senior management
Proven ability to influence decision-making by non-analytical business audiences

Education
Master's degree in quantitative field like Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Applied Math, Statistics, Engineering etc. PhD preferred.
