Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to derive key insights that shape business priorities and impact health outcomes for the populations we serve. Generate intelligence about our members & customers, their care patterns, and key drivers that inform operational improvements, prevention strategies and care pathways across the mental wellbeing continuum.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong grasp of advance analytical tools and languages (e.g., SQL, SAS, Tableau) to analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and analyze data to generate insights and address reporting needs across clinical programs, products, and platforms; work with reporting teams to shape existing data reports to meet project needs
- Analyze population profiles, spend, and utilization patterns by vertical and segment to define recommendations for more targeted behavioral health services and product offerings
- Develop, validate, and deliver statistical assessments, algorithms and tools to understand problems, evaluate scenarios, and define solutions to complex business problems
- Communicate with technical audiences to ensure strong data infrastructure and pipeline, while supporting executive communications to non-technical audiences
- Partner with cross-enterprise analytics organizations to integrate existing predictions and insights into future models and evaluations

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in data science, strategy consulting, informatics, business analytics, or other related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present findings and flag issues
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience building and/or evaluating predictive models a plus

Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in business analytics, data science, statistics, engineering, economics, or other related field; masters degree preferred
