Summary

Lead Commercial Operations Pricing Analyst coordinates with the Commercial Aviation Sales Executives as well as the Supply and Credit teams for the initiation, follow up/tracking, and pricing and fee updates. Position resides with the Commercial Operations team. Incumbent will be empowered to support short- and long-term strategic business activities; develop, enhance and maintain operational analytic platforms that will have an impact on business decisions and driving revenue growth. In this role, the individual serves as the WFS thought leader on Alteryx and Tableau reporting tools, seeking to support the department goals to increase automation and process efficiency improvements. The individual will organize the development of tableau analytics within the organization, building new tools to be used by the commercial function.

The role is primarily systems based, closely with the sales and dispatch functions for implementation of pricing policies and projects. The basic function is that the system has the correct information so customers have the correct price when receiving the quotation and billing can be performed correctly.

Primary responsibilities include:

* Entering and monitoring pricing in the US region and serve to as backup to the Costa Rica office.
* Taking the lead in aiding in the day-to-day validations of daily tasks amongst the team in Miami as well as provide support to regional offices as needed.
* Taking the lead within the team for process reinforcement while providing training guidance to the new team members.
* Assumes the lead role with Supply ensuring timely updates and necessary documentation, escalating delays to management as needed.
* Serve as the team liaison with the RPA team to transform manual processes to robotics/automated processes to replace manual repetitive updates.
* Participate in the requirements gathering and the testing process of system enhancements and IT bug fixes for IT system changes.
* Responsible for the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of reporting and dashboard solutions to provide key business intelligence and analytics capabilities. Developing, Designing, and supporting interactive Tableau Dashboard reports
* Ensure accuracy of data delivery; validate reports against transactional and dimensional data and troubleshoot as needed.
* Ad hoc reporting as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree required (Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years experience in analytics related field)

2-4 Year experience

Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Intermediate Tableau, SQL, Alteryx

Knowledge of the aviation and oil/gas industry

Knowledge of Oracle based systems

Must have solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills needed both written and verbal

Must be comfortable in a fast paced worldwide team environment.
