This is currently a work-from-home opportunity that could be moved to an in-office call center position later, at the discretion of management.

About the Role:

In this role, you will responsible for:

* Providing over-the-phone first line support to customers.
* Analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting customers with Internet connectivity issues.
* Using patience and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs, answer questions, and leave a positive impression on customer interactions.

Windstreams team of Internet Support Technicians are full-time entry-level to mid-level customer service roles.

Do You Have?

* A college degree or 1-2 years professional work experience.
* Time management skills.
* Ability to solve complex problems.
* Customer service or support experience.
* Excellent telephone voice and etiquette.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* A tech-savvy, problem solving mentality.

Even Better:

* Certifications or training directly related to the position.
* Two-year technical degree in computers or electronics, or the equivalent in work experience.

Starting pay is based on previous experience.
