The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The vision for the Consumer Lending business is to leverage technology and data to make it simple for customers to easily access credit when and where they need it. Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices, as well as online and digital channels.
The Product Manager 5s will support the Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Property Preservation, and REO focus areas to evolve and improve the customer experience in Home Lending.
The Product Manager is responsible for product-market fit connecting product functionality to customer need. This includes managing the product throughout the product life-cycle, gathering customer and business insights, conducting product discovery, working closely with Product Owners to deliver value, and articulating product value propositions to customers. It also includes working with cross-functional partners to ensure that revenue, customer satisfaction goals and other outcomes are defined, validated and met in alignment with the businesss overall strategy and goals.
The Product Manager is expected to:
* Help define business case, objectives and key results, and product-market fit for assigned product
* Lead product discovery, including customer insights through primary and secondary research, business analytics, competitive dynamics, technology trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory requirements
* Drive envisioning of customer experience in partnership with in-house or third-party design resources, including developing customer journey maps and UI/UX wireframes
* Manage cross-functional collaboration across design, development, testing, content, marketing, legal, compliance and financial partners to ensure success of the product from an overall standpoint
* Drive product level prioritization of epics and features based on customer and business value, and work with Product Owners to translate them to quarterly goal and priorities
* Perform product demos to customers, partners and other stakeholders
* Track and report on performance metrics and key performance indicators, leading to success on the overarching objectives and key results
* Formulate product positioning, and lead the articulation of product value propositions to customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and understood
Leadership and credibility will be determining factors in the selection process. Successful candidates will be articulate and possess a demonstrated advocacy capability with strong relationship management skills.

Base salary range for this role is based on a Full Time 40 hour a week schedule. Salary offered dependent on location.

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery or agile product owner

Job Expectations
* This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
