This professional will be a key member of Stryker's Global Compensation team, and will work with Total Rewards, contributing to the design, development, implementation and management of compensation programs for key business groups, and will partner closely with human resources and business leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Primary responsibility for broad-based compensation while providing advisory services for sales compensation, stock plan administration, and executive compensation.
* Oversees, coordinates and conducts the application of compensation policy and procedures for assigned area including CAR (Common Annual Review); Job evaluation using GJF (Global Job Framework); Promotions; New hire offers, transfers, etc.
* Conducts compensation analysis to consult with HR and Business Leadership to support strategic decision making within assigned area.
* Liaisons and assists HR Operations team in compensation systems and process needs for the Company.
* Studies and analyzes compensation practices and job evaluations ensure competitive pay practices and compliance with FLSA and EEOC standards.
* Coordinates with compensation resources in different divisions/regions to assure consistent application of compensation policy and procedure.
* Provides compensation analysis, consulting and advise to HR business partners on compensation issues as needed.
* Working with the Total Reward Department leadership contributes to the design and development of corporate wide compensation policy and procedures.
* Coordinates the communication and training of compensation policies as necessary.
* Working with the appropriate COE, support stock administration and executive pay, as applicable.
* Work to harmonize policies and practices of applicable integrated acquisitions.
* Other duties as assigned.
Education and Special Trainings:
* Bachelors degree in business or related area.
* Certified Compensation Professional CCP (preferred).
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 8 years' experience with an emphasis in compensation design, administration and management.
* Experience in international compensation, sales compensation, stock plan administration, and executive compensation is preferred
