Who You Are
The Pricing Specialist is a key driver in SEF Industrials future profitability and success. This position will be an integral business partner responsible for supporting the commercial team, measuring key pricing initiatives, and driving good decision-making. Working across multiple functions, the candidate will have a high level of comfort with all levels of the organization to communicate concepts and strategies.
This position will be responsible for executing pricing improvement activities including data analytics, price strategy optimization, margin improvement initiatives, and effectiveness of pricing promotions.

Responsibilities:

* Execute pricing strategies and develop repeatable processes to manage pricing initiatives within relevant channels
* Collaborate with the commercial sales team and leverage best practices to optimize pricing strategies
* Generate data and analytics to support pricing decisions and recommendations
* Proactively develop solutions for pricing initiatives and identify areas for improvement
* Partner effectively with key stakeholders in commercial, marketing, finance, and operations to drive business results
* The ability to translate data analytics into commercially viable solutions and communicate to cross-functional stakeholders

You also have:

* BA/BS Required (Business, Economics, or Finance Preferred)
* Minimum 1-2 years of pricing or related experience in sales, marketing, or finance. Experience with Industrial business segment is a plus.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively across cross-functionally and to business leadership
* Proficiency in data analytics and applicable reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
