Who You Are
A successful candidate will have an in-depth technical understanding of global eRetail platforms and algorithm drivers, strong drive for results, be highly analytical and consumer centric. You will have the ability to paint a picture of success, mobilize and influence globally and bring a fact-based, agile approach to eCommerce selling.
You also have:
* 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced eCommerce selling environment
* Bachelors degree in Business, or related field or equivalent experience. MBA Preferred
* Experience with Amazon, Mercado Libre and omni-channel selling & merchandising platforms
* Proven track record building & deploying digital shelf & in-platform merchandising capabilities from scratch
* Global experience & high learning agility
* The ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level
* Strong cross-functional communication and collaborative skills able to build relationships with multiple departments within the company
* Skilled at using data and metrics to provide actionable insights, as well as determine optimizations
* Understand of existing digital shelf data providers & tools around the world
* Excellent planning, project management, prioritization, and presentation skills
* Big picture and innovative thinker with meticulous attention to detail
* High-energy, highly motivated, self-starter and will be attracted by the opportunity to have substantial and measurable impact on an organization and be part of a team that will significantly scale a business
What Youll Do
* The Manager International eCommerce Analytics will:
* Partner with commercial eCommerce teams, regional leadership teams, and platform vendors to align on business growth/ algorithm strategies, and translate into go-to-market tactics
* Define & deploy standard digital shelf standards & metrics to systematically accelerate eCommerce growth across priority eCommerce platforms. This includes:
* Supporting local eCommerce teams to define critical growth levers (e.g. navigation, search, availability, content, merchandising, etc.) for priority retail platforms, set benchmarks & generate insights to enable continuous performance
* Identify streamlined set of data providers & tools to enable local markets to optimize in-platform performance
* Establish global standards & reporting capabilities to consistently assess, measure progress & report across markets
* Deliver impactful data visualization outputs for executive audiences
* Lead competitive and category analyses to shape digital CoE strategies and priority actions
* Co-develop with local markets short- and long-term strategies, roadmaps, local market implementation to increase revenue, product page traffic, conversion, margins, and ROAS
* Support digital CoE & regional projects as needed
* Utilize outputs from attribution modeling to inform channel optimization tactics
* Provide POV and technology recommendations to drive performance
* Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the marketing team and top executives
* Evaluate campaign effectiveness by analyzing KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendation
* Travel internationallyas required
