We are looking for a Software Engineer to help design and implement regulatory compliance related scenarios for these important customers. This position would enable 3rd party software companies to provide clarity on the level of compliance that they deliver as they integrate with Microsoft 365 systems. Microsoft runs on trust and this team is a critical part of delivering on that promise. This team will work with 3rd parties and build systems, processes and experiences that demonstrate compliance levels in full transparency to our customers and 3rd party developers.

Core Responsibilities:
Design and automate service scale features and customer requirements
Design and implement improvements to our compliance automation
Be part of a Dev-Ops team that handles and remediates customer impacting issues
Collaborate with partner teams to meet the engineering goals in a unified manner
Core Qualifications:
* BS/MS in CS or related field
* 4+ years of development experience shipping products across multiple product cycles.
* Solid design and coding skills with a bias for architecture at scale Experience creating, developing, delivering, deploying, maintaining online services.
* Knowledge of O365 stack, Microsoft Azure, Prior experience working on C++, C and Powershell are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with building cloud-scale infrastructure components.
Awareness & passion related to cloud scale monitoring and big-data analysis.
Familiar with secure software design concepts
Familiar with data sovereignty concepts and data privacy regulations
Proven track record of delivering projects that include multiple components
Ability and eagerness to work across and partner with multiple engineering teams to achieve business goals
