We have a tremendous opportunity to grow Microsoft 365 in the SMB space. Microsoft has incredible knowledge, success, and experience in the enterprise, and we need to replicate this success in SMB. We are growing our team of experts to support SMB customers and the partners who are their trusted advisors. The SMB team is world class at working across Microsoft to drive alignment and the simplified end-to-end scenarios for the SMB customer and partner ecosystem. The ultimate measure of success will be the achievement of the Microsoft 365 SMB revenue and usage targets.

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate PM who has a desire to deliver modern and cohesive user experience as part of Microsoft 365 Lighthouse. Microsoft 365 Lighthouse is a new portal that makes it easier for managed service providers supporting SMBs to configure and manage at scale. It enables managed service providers to secure users, devices, and data across all their SMB customers. Enabling a higher level of security, standardization, automation, and auditing. * Understanding competitive solutions.
* Work across multiple disciplines (partner back-end teams, development, design, research, support, documentation, and marketing) to deliver compelling user experiences.
* Understand user feedback and telemetry data to validate we are shipping the right experiences.
* Socializing and driving consensus with partner teams to bring out cohesive experiences across M365.
* Deep understanding of managed service providers and the security management space.
* 3+ years of industry experience in design, product management or program management.
* Passion for user experience and familiarity with UX design principles.
* Strong technical foundation, with demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
* Experience working effectively across teams to deliver results.
* Experience in designing and running A/B experiments.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
