Major Duties and Responsibilities:

* Format and prepare cash receipt files for daily settlement
* Research and apply cash receipts
* Match customers' invoices/credit memos with cash receipts
* Process monthly Customer Advances
* Reconcile customer accounts/ open invoices at month end
* Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies
* Assist with other accounting tasks/projects
* Other assigned duties as needed

Skills/Knowledge Required:

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Word and Excel (intermediate to advanced)
* Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a high volume and fast-paced environment
* Strong technical skills, analytical capabilities and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Education and Experience:

* Degree in Accounting/ Finance preferable
