Job Description:
This position will lead a Raytheon enterprise commodity team in developing a commodity strategy, managing a Raytheons Grow, Maintain, Reduce and Exit supplier list and the ongoing management of key suppliers. This position will report into the Raytheon Intelligence and Space Strategic Sourcing organization. This role will require detailed analysis of Raytheon wide spend, negotiation of pricing, terms and conditions, long term agreement implementation and understanding the technology roadmap of the assigned commodity and maintaining a supplier list which meets Raytheons technology, performance and cost requirements in the commodities assigned. The candidate will lead a cross functional team to meet the following objectives:

Required Skills:

* Evolve commodity strategy and supply base to align with technology roadmaps and market conditions
* Negotiate long term agreements to include pricing and complex terms and conditions
* Issuing FAR compliant requests for proposal
* Manage supplier and commodity risks including financial risks, supply constraints, competitive risks and regulatory risks
* Documenting agreements in compliance with FAR requirements and Raytheon command media
* Lead a cross functional team and manage the team within an assigned budget
* Increase of key metrics (supplier performance, agreement penetration and utilization and material price reductions/affordability)
* Work closely within the business and programs to find and develop opportunities for affordability, availability and technological improvements
* Increase agreement coverage and purchase order execution automation

Desired Skills:

* 8+ years experience in supply chain management or related field
* Supplier management experience and ability to improve supplier service levels
* Supplier selection/deselection, evaluation and supply base rationalization
* Highly Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
* Demonstrated team leadership skills
* Strong project/program management skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
* Candidate should be self-sufficient and require minimal oversight
* Exceptional collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at the highest levels across Raytheon
* U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems

Required Education (including Major):
* Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
