The Global Security Architecture Sr. Manager will be responsible for leading a team that designs security reference architecture and security requirements for solutions. This position is an enterprise domain expert applying broad technical skills, deep industry knowledge and security-focused expertise in solution architecture, technical architecture and software/systems engineering. In this role, you will lead cross-functional efforts driving security technical strategy.
Accountabilities include:
* Lead a team accountable for providing security requirements and recommendations on standards and solution designs
* Lead security architecture direction as well as influence peers, cross-functional partners, and IT leadership
* Reviews and publishes best practice and reference architectures for security solutions based on PepsiCo standards
* Oversee the production of security architecture specifications and design document
A candidate must be able to:
* Effectively communicate security risks and present to senior leadership
* Define strategic security architecture direction and lead a team to apply the approach for utilizing new technologies
* Utilize security expertise to define approaches to solving strategic business needs
* Understand security trends and lead direction security technology must take to support the business
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Information Technology (or a related discipline) or relevant work experience
Experience:
* Ten+ years of experience in the design and implementation of complex IT systems
* Five+ years of experience in information security
* Has led a team of security engineers or architects
* Demonstrated effectiveness working across multiple business units to achieve results
Mandatory Technical Skills:
* Proven experience implementing security architecture framework
* Knowledge of standard IT technologies
* Experience with cybersecurity tools, process, methods, and fundamentals
* Significant technical expertise in the following areas:
* Network Security
* Compute, Endpoint and Mobile Security
* Cloud Security
* Application Security
* Operations Security (Experience with ICS or SCADA)
Mandatory Non-Technical Skills:
* Expert in influencing and leading distributed teams in a large corporate environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
