Role Responsibilities
* Assist the IT Product Manager to analyze business development goals and needs
* Participate in the Scrum planning sessions to define goal, scope, schedule, resources, and outputs
* Apply professional writing skills in developing requirements, user stories and communications
* Participate in quality assurance process including testing and troubleshooting to ensure business requirements are met
* Collaborate across a matrixed organization to achieve results
* Present in small and mid-size team settings, including to members of senior leadership
Preferred Skills
* Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
* Salesforce knowledge/experience a plus
* Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
