Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Warehouse Lead, this position is responsible to Load & unload all trailers of raw materials & finished goods, prepare proper paperwork for shipping or receiving, supply presses with materials & account for inventoried materials. Additionally, this role will keep warehouse in order; maintain aisles & exits clear of all material.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour. plus $0.75/hour for night shift openings. Overtime for hours worked above 40 hours per week.

Schedule 12 hour shifts 7:00 - 7:00. Scheduled 3 days one week, 4 days the next week. Weekends are part of regular work schedule.

Essential Job Duties:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

* Operate all equipment in department i.e. forklifts, sit-down, and clamp. Change forklift batteries when required.
* Operate all vehicles in a safe manner, keeping employee safety of utmost importance at all times.
* Assist with cycle counting and bin verification.
* Keep the warehouse orderly and clean at all times. Maintain aisles & exits that are clear of materials.
* Complete UPS shipment documentation.
* Stage shipment to go out including using SAP to enter staged information.
* Complete assigned tasks for the Master Sanitation schedule.
* Verify the visitors log book is filled out completely.
* Act as a mentor to upskill and train new and developing employees.
* Move pallets of material, finished roll stock, and metal drums of ink as frequently as needed for production. Moving of materials is done manually with the assistance of a forklift and/or with non-powered material handling equipment.
* Supply presses and the slitter with raw materials such as film, ink, glue; and fill out a material request form in the conversion process.
* Supply doctor machine with rewind roll stock as needed.
* Remove finished, rewind, and scrap material from all machines.
* Stock the production supply rack.
* Supply production machines with packaging materials such as cores, pallets, cardboard, etc.
* Remove and set up the bailed recycled material.
* Supply presses with rolls of paper.
* Unload incoming materials from trailers & LTLs.
* Verify that all materials received match vendors bill of lading and process the necessary paperwork.
* Pull glue samples from tanker for testing and pump the glue from the tanker.
* Load finished product on trailers and prepare the paperwork required for shipping.
* Receive and inventory packages from small truck carriers.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Walking, standing, sitting, twisting, climbing
* Ability to operate forklift equipment minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to work 12 hour shifts, including weekends
* Ability to perform basic math functions
* Ability to perform computer navigation (SAP, Microsoft Office)
* Teamwork is required
* High School diploma or GED required.
