The CMA/Clinic Tech II Assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. Interviews patients, measures vital signs and maintain patients' charts. May be required to draw, collect and prepare blood samples for laboratory analysis. Prepares treatment rooms and maintains inventory of medical supplies. Processes prescriptions and communicates with pharmacies/ patients under the physician's directions. Handles referrals, making sure appropriate paperwork is completed. Handles patient calls and communication between patient and physician. Performs other clerical duties as may be necessary. High school diploma or GED required. Certification as a CMA through (NHA) or (AAMA) required. (BLS) through American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.

Certification as a CMA through National Healthcare Association (NHA) or American Association of medical Assistants (AAMA) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
