Responsibilities

* Day-to-day execution of product strategy, with a focus on the customer journey experience as they enjoy their service and need to make a change to their services.

* Partner with engineers and developers through implementation phase to realize product vision.

* Optimize a digital process for maximum conversion and customer satisfaction.

* Lead/facilitate design, brainstorming, and work sessions.

* Work closely with strategy and operations teams to ensure concepts meet our business objectives and establish our leadership position in product experience.

* Collaborate tightly with experience design and engineering to deliver best in class experience focused product solutions.

* Develop simple, innovative, and transparent experiences from concept to prototyping and through to deployment.

* Work across mobile, web, and other digital touch points to deliver a seamless and integrated experience for our customers.

* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience

* Generally requires 7-10 years related experience

* Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of experience including requirements definition, managing engineering cycles, interaction design, user research, and usability testing

* Experience in a high volume, fast paced Agile software development environment

* Demonstrated ability to work confidently with Program Management, Development, Product Planning, Brand, Marketing and Usability

* Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills

* Possess ability to think conceptually about design and information architecture

* Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals and business requirements that shape current and future products

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills

* Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail

Education

* Bachelors degree or equivalent
