Were a highly collaborative team looking for a passionate engineering program manager to help us quantify reliability risk, support failure analysis resulting from reliability tests, and advise the executive team on the best path forward. You will be responsible for technical management of development projects to ensure our reliability activities are aligned with key program landmarks. You will partner with multiple engineering teams from the beginning to the end of a product lifecycle, while exploring new technologies and understanding how customers will use our products. You will regularly collaborate with engineers and present to leaders across multiple teams, giving you lots of visibility and opportunities for growth.

* Able to effectively allocate attention among multiple projects to ensure success of all projects while meeting strict deadlines

* Remains flexible and focused in the face of uncertainty, with an ability to quickly adapt to different audiences and new situations
* Experience creating schedules, handling program finances, and tracking budget
* Continuous improvement mentality for adapting existing and creating new workflows
* Willing and able to travel to Asia
* Experience working closely with multiple teams to drive closure of technical issues and communicate risk is a plus



Description

Description

In this role, you will work closely with reliability engineers and several other teams to drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives. You will be responsible for creating schedules, handling program finances, and tracking the budget for our laboratory test equipment, consumables, and other resources. You will also organize and lead meetings, ensure all action items are closed out in a timely manner, coordinate the bring-up of labs around the world with several internal and external partners, partner with our lab audit team to ensure all of our labs consistently meet our standards, and work closely with our internal software team to ensure web tools meet our needs.
