* Possess knowledge and real-world experience with software integrity and quality assurance concepts, test-plan and test-case definitions, and problem analysis.
* Strong analytical skills with an ability to diagnose & debug issues through completion.
* Aptitude to independently learn new technologies & bring new perspectives to our team.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
* Partner with all levels of engineering and product teams to help new feature bring-up and validation.
* Document test cases for newly defined features, author test plans, test strategies for iOS devices, and review your findings across various technical and functional teams.
* Execute and lead test case results, reporting on clear and concise data.

The Maps Software Quality Engineer is responsible for working closely with the developers to help test all legacy Maps App features. Our team produces test documents, executes and analyzes data, conducts bug triaging, leads testing procedures, and ensures the success of new feature development. We partner with development teams to ensure that our Maps organization ships the highest quality application possible. Success on our team means you can quickly grasp & distill technical information to deliver clear and detailed test documents and plans.

BS and/or related experience in a production environment will be considered.
