Position Profile

With the recent acquisition of Anixter Inc., WESCO is embarking upon an exciting multi-year Integration and Transformation. To deliver on synergy commitments the company will be undertaking and end to end Digital and IT transformation while also executing other strategic initiatives such as Pricing Optimization; Shared Services transition and Supply Chain Network Optimization

The newly created Strategy Realization Office (SRO) has enterprise oversight for Portfolio & Program Delivery; Organization Change Management & LEAN/Business Process Management functions. This role will report to the Director of SRO and lead initiatives related to Sales and Marketing function for the enterprise. This role will have full accountability in successfully delivering appropriate initiatives to meet or exceed synergy commitments. Your highly-energetic and action-oriented style will help as you facilitate and drive change in a fast-paced environment.

Your Leadership Partners

You will work with key stakeholders from the Commercial Business Units and Corporate functions. You will collaborate with the Integration Management Office (IMO) Leaders to ensure alignment to financial objectives. You will also collaborate with our Strategic Partners and System Integrators to ensure successful delivery outcomes

* Develop and enable process improvements champion standards and operational health for the Enterprise PMO projects & programs

* Coach and mentor team and organization on EPMO value proposition

Your Experience and Education

* Proven experience in directly managing large complex transformation programs related to both Business and Technology domains. Prior experience with Digital Transformation programs a huge plus
* Prior experience in managing team members; coaching and mentoring project managers
* Strong social confidence and tenacity; polished & persuasive communicator and presenter, specifically to C-Suite members
* Strategic mindset to envision the future and translate into tangible plans
* Background working in a PMO environment and a good understanding of Portfolio Management practices including working with a PPM tool.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to identify project risks by defining risk strategies and developing the risk management plan in order to reduce uncertainty throughout the project lifecycle.
* Bachelors degree in Technology or related field; MBA or advanced Business degree preferred
* At least 15+ years of progressive and relevant leadership experience in developing high performing teams and delivering complex initiatives
* PMP/Scrum certification preferred
* Technical Skills
* Experience with MS Project as the primary tool for day-to-day management including WBS, usage of predecessor relationships across tasks in well-formed plan, resourcing, and cost baseline variances.
* Prior experience working with PPM tools is preferred

25% Travel expected
