Are you a Senior Program Manager who loves TV and wants to work with streaming partners in entertainment? The Integrated Partner Marketing (IPM) team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their partner marketing team in Fire TV. This PM will be joining a team of people who work with the best streaming partners in the industry to promote their premium content and drive user acquisition and retention. We are looking for a data-driven, process oriented Program Manager who will be partner-facing and manage the day-to-day account relationships for managed video and gaming partners. The PM will work closely with BD, Legal, Amazon Advertising, and marketing teams from Prime Video Channels, Echo Show, and Fire tablet to ensure partner priorities are communicated internally and oversee the campaign creation and execution for those priorities. They will support and manage strategic priorities including app launches, product integrations, and tentpole programming for their managed partners. The PM will also collaborate with IPM Senior Partner Marketing Managers (PMMs) to project manage integrated marketing plans that extend on and off-device.
Our ideal candidate will have a track record of operational excellence, automation, relationship management, and approach problems with data-driven decision making. We are also seeking a teammate who demonstrates a passion for great entertainment and a working knowledge of the streaming media space. A successful hire would earn trust with BD and marketing teams while advocating on behalf of their partners. Although this role works closely with marketing teams, no marketing experience is required because the work is project management and relationship focused. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet with managed partners regularly to discuss programming priorities, feature integrations, and partnership opportunities.
Build and oversee on- and off-device marketing plans and monitor the end-to-end process across internal teams.
Provide partner feedback on product integrations and releases that impact the partner experience
Manage contractual and partnership commitments across internal teams
Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
Analyze campaign/program performance and provide readouts to senior management
Work at all levels in the organization, with no job being considered too large or small.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related field
5+ years of experience in program management, driving cross-functional projects end to end
A proven history of building strong relationships with external partners or vendors
Ability to juggle a range of projects across Amazon teams, balancing quality and speed
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Superior narrative writing skills, with experience presenting to senior-level leadership
A proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion on time, within budget and on or beyond scope.
