ROLE DESCRIPTION
We aim to hire a data-driven Marketing Manager to amplify customer awareness and engagement, shift perceptions on the business value, and drive performance for Amazon Business. In this role, you will design, build, and measure creative and impactful digital campaigns to support global on-site events, in addition to site-wide testing and experimentation.

The ideal candidate has shown a track record of success in driving innovation, delivering results, and working cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders. The right candidate also has strong communication and project management skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build best-in-class integrated marketing/merchandising campaigns tailored to business customers on Amazon.com, with a focus on supporting global site events including Back to School and Prime Day.

Develop detailed campaign project plans designed to grow traffic from all channels to events and key programs

Optimize campaigns and messaging through frequent testing and data analysis

Accountable for event traffic strategy and goals for the year, in addition to driving success from tests/experimentation
Identify opportunities for scheduling and process efficiency and automation, working cross-functionally to implement them

Manage multiple projects gracefully and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree
5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, merchandising and traffic growth
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., web CMS, marketing automation, web analytics)
High attention to detail and solid project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines sand priorities
Strong quantitative, problem-solving and analytical skills. You will be comfortable using data to make recommendations and drive decisions.
Accomplished verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to own multiple workstreams
Ability to analyze data and use customer research, data, and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy and efficiency of marketing campaigns
Experience creating and/or improving processes across teams/stakeholders
Experience in high traffic websites
Curiosity in B2B, high-tech product/services
Ability to learn new tools quickly
