Amazon Publisher Services is a suite of cloud-based services that helps publishers build thriving digital businesses. We are seeking a Program Manager for the Advanced TV & Audio team. The Advanced TV & Audio team is responsible for building advertising technology services that help broadcasters grow their businesses through better quality advertising for publishers and buyers, and more relevant ads for viewers. In this role, you will focus on enabling advertiser success by driving operational enahancements, improving our supply and product offering. You will work closely with our monetization partners, including the Amazon internal marketing teams as well as our stakeholding teams who support Amazon DSP buyers.
In this role you will:
Build and iterate on an operational program to maximize the utilization of supply while delivering an outstanding advertiser experience
Drive relationship with Amazon internal marketing teams and consult on planning and execution of Upfront and Scatter budgets
Develop mechanisms that measure and drive product and feature adoption via buying teams
Define processes and workflows that help deliver amazing customer experiences
Develop playbooks to scale solutions in a predictable and repeatable manner
Translate marketplace feedback into product requirements, and collect marketplace intelligence required to help guide the overall direction of our team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience defining and executing against program requirements
3+ years experience in program or project management
3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
OTT ad tech experience
Knowledge of programmatic advertising space, header bidding, publisher products
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable with pulling reports, diving deep into the data, and analyzing trends
Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues directly with Product Management and Engineering
Customer-driven product thinking and ability to identify and prioritize product requests
Proven ability to solve complex business challenges
Entrepreneurial mentality
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across a broad range of technical and non-technical people
