* Day shift: Monday- Saturday 7:00am- 8:00pm
* Competitive wages $15.00 per hour
* Location: Anaheim, CA 92801

What is the job?
* Customer service to pest control and exterminator company
* Answer incoming telephone calls and satisfy customer needs.
* Confirm; schedule; and reschedule services for the customer.
* Work with sales representatives and service specialists to maintain accurate customer records, monitor account receivables, and process accurate payroll information.
* Required to train and work on-site (maybe work from home but based on meeting performance expectations)
* 6 weeks of training on-site as long as job expectations are met.
* Equipment will be provided
* Perform general clerical duties as assigned.
* Ability to follow company policies, practices, and procedures.
* Ability to type 40 words per minute.
* Maintain customer satisfaction.
* Answer simple billing questions.
What do you bring to the job?
* At least 1 year of previous experience in Customer Service (Call Center), Call Center Representative and/or Contact Center Agent
* Positive communication skills and manners with customers.
* Possess excellent listening skills.
* Individuals who are flexible regarding scheduling needs.
* Individuals who are punctual for scheduled arrival, departure, and break times.
* Individuals able to work the required days and hours for the position, which is integral to the success of the role, and may include mandatory overtime due to business and staffing needs, especially during the peak seasons of the business.
* High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
* Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
