What is the job?

* Screen, interview, and place job seekers in temporary, temp to permanent, and permanent placements opportunities

* Match up job seekers with open job orders based on skills, experience, and knowledge required for the role

* Proactively source candidates for job orders and expected future orders

* Deliver exemplary customer service through consistent and timely communications with clients, job seekers, and fellow team members

* Must be able to work with a sense of urgency in getting tasks completed in an efficient and effective manner

* Visit client worksites to determine specific needs and make accurate associate placements

* Tracking associate performance and providing feedback or coaching when needed

* Build and expand relationships with current and future clients

* Expand business by performing revenue generating activities including outside sales and service calls, networking, and face to face calls

* Stay up to date with the changing employment market in order to better support the client's staffing needs

* Perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks that support the overall mission of quality service, including answering phones and greeting candidates
