Work as an IT Support Coordinator for local Central Florida restaurant brand with over 80 sites! Our client is seeking someone who is bilingual Spanish, energetic, and positive who works well with others. They are a culture of employee development and seek qualified individuals with around 5 years of experience for many of their corporate positions. What you will do:
Work closely with Operations Management Team to determine priorities and ensure the correct functioning of the restaurant equipment and systems
Determine the maintenance and growth needs of the IT network
Research and select the best services to keep systems running 24/7
Create and implement disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis
Know which service to call to ensure software systems are up-to-date
Follow companies procedures during negotiations with suppliers in order to ensure quality work from third party companies.
Travel to restaurant sites around Central Florida

Requirements?
Fluent English and Spanish (speaking, reading & writing)
BA Degree in Computer Science or related
Comprehensive understanding of network architecture
Strong problem solving and communication skills required
5 - 7 years of experience in IT support
QSR or Retail experience a big plus
Knowledge of Xenial / Sicom equipment a plus.
Valid drivers license and good driving record
