Manpower is currently seeking Property Managers for an Orlando non-profit that specializes in affordable housing options for the community!

What's in it for you?

$20-$21/hour depending on experience and size of assigned property

Full time hours Monday - Friday

Paid weekly

Medical, Dental, 401K

What's the job?

Responsibilities include all areas of property management to include supervising staff, customer service of tenants, maintenance work orders, training, eviction proceedings, participate with resident association to solve issues & concerns, order supplies, property inspections, and reporting (internal and state requirements), and computer work with MS Office and proprietary database.

What you bring to the job

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Psychology, Public Administration, or related

3-5 years of residential property management

Public housing /section 8 experience preferred but not required

Proficient computer skills

Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required

Ability to pass background check, drug screen
