Help in development of assays for FcRn and FcgR binding
Design plasmids for cell based assay based on Luciferase expression to monitor FcRn and FcgRs signaling in different cell lines
if bench work is possible, build and test in vitro the constructs and validate the assays
if bench work is not possible, interpret data acquired by co-workers with the constructs

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* Must be enrolled in a Bachelors degree program with a major in Biology, or other related field
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
* Must be returning to university for at least one semester and graduating within one year post internship
* Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
