Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Partner with the Corporate HR Centers of Excellence and OpCo HR/Business leaders to assess talent development needs and drive Dovers overall talent development strategy; including the creation and administration of sustainable learning solutions tools, resources, processes and programs.
* Oversee the design and launch of annual talent processes such as Goal Setting, Personal Development Plans (PDPs), Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews and Succession Planning. Includes overall talent philosophy and the utilization of technology such as SuccessFactors to drive efficiency.
* Manage and facilitate the select enterprise wide leadership programs such as DELLA, Dover 360 Assessment, Executive Leadership Development Assessment and others. Collaboration with external training partners and Dover leaders to create robust resources that drive maximum impact is key. The development of qualified internal facilitators and coaches allow for scalability of programs across the organization.
* Partner with others to drive and execute a strategic Internal Talent Mobility Program designed to promote opportunities for internal career advancement and the strategic identification of qualified candidates for key business roles.
* Pioneer Dovers D&I efforts by partnering with the Dover Leadership Team and OpCos to design a DEI Road Map that support a diverse and inclusive workplace. Efforts would include the formation of a Dover D&I Council, D&I Champions, impactful training and forums to engage the organization in thoughtful dialogue.
* Design and manage a timely and effective communications strategy to drive awareness and utilization of Dovers catalog of talent development programs and resources.
* Manage the Dover Consulting Program, including day-to-day management of the Consultants, driving overall program strategy, recruitment, quarterly project solicitation, and career transition of graduates. Serve as a resource to Dover Consulting Alums, continuing to support their professional development through resources and coaching.

Qualifications:

* 10+ years experience in HR, Talent, Organizational Development or a related field that demonstrates strong business acumen and significant focus on leadership development and coaching.
* Bachelors and/or Masters degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, Talent Development or a related field.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
* Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders across diverse regions and at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to effectively lead multiple projects with project teams that span multiple departments and OpCos.
