What youll be doing...

You will be responsible for leading activities for the fiber build in support of the 4G/5G program in the Dallas market. You will work very closely with functional teams including Wireless, Network, Engineering, Planning, Partners and IT. In this role, you will act as a key contributor to the 4G & 5G Program and will identify opportunities to design, develop, build, test and implement fiber builds. You will be expected to manage time, meetings, and professional communications; including documenting findings and make recommendations to directors and above. You should be an effective communicator as the position is highly visible.

* Drive complex projects to achieve business goals & objectives.
* Coordinate & schedule resources across multiple organizations.
* Identify, monitor, reports, and escalate project-related issues to achieve timely resolutions.
* Utilize data driven approach to drive results in a timely manner.
* Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate impact to project schedules.
* Help remove any and all roadblocks.
* Utilize project tracking tools.



What were looking for...

Youll need to have:

* Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
* Four or more years of relevant work experience.
* Willingness to travel.
* Valid Drivers License.

Even better if you have:

* Ability to generate and understand reports for vendor & management review.
* Ability to comprehend & relay engineering feedback to vendors/management.
* Knowledge of the network design specific to telecom.
* Ability to consistently drive cross functional meetings and drive action items/minutes.
* Experience in Google Suites and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Collaborate with peers & other organizations.
* Knowledge sharing and training, as appropriate.
