Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers for an assigned geographic market. Works in conjunction with and in support of the sales efforts for the Emergency Care Account Managers in the territory. Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.

* Carry a Quota for specific assigned geography.
* Identify and drive sales growth in geography and provide monthly update to Regional Manager on progress.
* Assist in the training, development and in services for their respective geography.
* Transfer of knowledge and interfacing between marketing and sales team to drive key messages and best practices.
* Assist in Building regional network of thought leaders.
* Provide monthly forecasts in Salesforce and highlights to regional manager and will be held responsible for achieving quota and forecasted business.
* Working with Marketing & Sales leadership to show effectiveness of role
* Provides sales support to Sales Account Managers with fact finding, information gathering, assistance in proposal development, customer site visits, customer sales calls.
* Supports territorial sales efforts through the prospecting for new business with regards to supported product segment.
* Travel required within designated geography and/or to other Stryker events/locations.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelors degree
* 1-2 years of successful sales or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Must possess excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent time and territory management skills.
* Experience with using Salesforce.com is preferred
* Ability to achieve CPR Certification
