You also have:

* Broad experience & expertise architecting & deploying data/analytics, integration, and cloud platforms
* Extensive experience designing, developing and integrating business applications
* Deep understanding best practices in data architecture and information / content management
* Track record for remaining unbiased toward any specific technology or vendor; and being more interested in results than personal preferences.

* 13+ years of experience in at least two IT disciplines (such as technical architecture, solution architecture, network management, application development, middleware design, information analysis, database management or operations management) in a heterogeneous environment or five years of experience in solution architecture, business analysis or business strategic planning
* Degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study
* Additional training or certification in organization change management highly desirable
* Previous experience as a successful enterprise architect highly desirable
* Demonstrated track record of leading high-performance teams toward the successful attainment of challenging goals

What Youll Do
As an Director Enterprise Architecture Data Integration & Cloud Platform, youll be part of our Global Architecture team, located remotely.
Specifically, youll:

* Facilitate strategic vision and alignment across key functional stakeholders
* Influence strategic investment decisions & portfolio planning
* Instantiate guardrail approach to technology selection & deployment
* Define and govern architecture and solution building blocks
* Define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data.
* Define and govern high-level business and technical current-state and future-state reference architectures
* Facilitate technology road mapping, currency planning and migration planning
* Coordinate the appropriate balance of business, solution and infrastructure architecture activities
* Develop complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers.
* Use experience, innovation and judgment to make decisions that may be based on partial information.
* Consider Stanley Black & Decker-wide implications of decisions and recommendations. Adapt and integrate own experience with Stanley Black & Decker-wide strategy.
* Analyze and forecast business and market trends.
* Develop innovative solutions to problems without precedent.
* Invents new products and processes to achieve strategic business objectives.
