MuleSoft is looking for a Regional Field Marketing Manager who is excited to plan, develop, and execute a marketing plan across the Public Sector business unit in North America.

In this role you will report to the Director, Field Marketing and you will work closely with the extended Field Marketing team to execute a wide range of marketing programs to ultimately drive pipeline.

The ideal candidate will be a creative field marketing professional who can demonstrate past success driving demand, managing cross-functional relationships across varying levels, and creating strong impact on the business.

Responsibilities:

* Work with the Public Sector field leaders and cross functional teams across sales and marketing to build and execute the marketing strategy for their region.

* Drive interlock between the sales and marketing organizations. Represent marketing on sales leadership meetings, QBRs, and own marketing communications to the Public Sector business unit.

* Own end-to-end event logistics for all events, both in person and virtual, including sourcing venues, managing the relationship with the onsite event coordinator, executing the contract, managing the budget, and ensuring the event is executed flawlessly.

* Building pre-event promotions, driving field enablement, and registration tracking to ensure regional programs hit registration and pipeline goals.

* Roll-out regional demand generation campaigns including creating messaging, outreach, digital, nurtures, webinars, and customer marketing.

* Use Salesforce and Tableau to measure the effectiveness of key programs and identify solutions to optimize in order to meet regional objectives.

About You:

* 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced marketing environment

* 5+ years event or field marketing experience

* 5+ years experience in public sector sales or working with public sector or government agencies

* Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo is a plus

* Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables cross-functionally

* Experience managing projects to a fixed budget and proven ROI

* Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors

* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to manage budget spreadsheets

* Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint (and Office) skills
