Position Overview

This position will work collaboratively with our internal creative team and external agencies to create high quality digital experiences that blend brand elevated storytelling content with commerce for the Ralph Lauren sporting campaigns

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Create a best in class consumer experience and meet the needs for the Ralph Lauren sporting partnerships.

Collaborate with internal Design and Marketing counterparts. As well as outside Agencies in bringing to life seasonal sporting campaigns, which fuse elevated storytelling with best in class digital commerce

Lead, develop, and execute smart, unexpected creative solutions as well as maintain design identity aesthetics

Seek ways to enhance e-commerce experience (focusing on mobile and responsive design first)

Proactively use design, UX and prototyping to communicate new inspiring brand experiences

Exceptionally skilled at image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form and color

Attend meetings and track next steps/follow-ups for projects

Work closely with, communicate and present creative with all key stakeholders and counterparts

Creatively mentor and oversee junior members of the team, ensuring creative output is consistent, delivered to brief and with a strong attention to detail

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Bachelors Degree (Graphic Design or similar preferred)

Digital experience required

Advanced skills in Sketch & Photoshop

Adobe Creative Suite knowledge

Strong experience with applicable prototyping software (e.g: Principle)

Knowledge of CSS3, HTML and responsive design

Experience in video editing is a plus

Strong understanding of web standards and latest web technologies, image optimization and cross-browser compatibility
