Change Management Analyst- Consultant

Can be remote! HQ is located in New York

6 to 12 month Contract Assignment

News Corp is looking for a Change Management Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience whose primary focus is helping our HR Organization design team and Functional Leaders to identify and map out our operational model and its impact to people across our business units. The Change Management Analyst will report into our Organization design functional leads.

Location:

Flexible on location within North America. News Corp headquarters is located in New York, NY.

Job Responsibilities:

* Primary responsibility will be to assist our Organizational Design Specialists in a support capacity.
* Support functional change efforts in the areas of organization effectiveness, including organization diagnostics and transformation and organization design.

* Coordination and scheduling of org design workshops

* Responsible for driving the tool (org vue), will help track change impacts, changes, and capturing strategic decisions

* Project managing the outcomes of the org design workshops, discussions and minutes

Qualifications:

* BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
* Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline oriented environment and flexibility to work hours necessary to meet tight deadlines

* A self-starter, self-confident individual who is detailed oriented, has well developed listening skills, can engage a small group and possess the ability to identify and escalate issues as they arise

* Effective negotiation and data analysis skills. This individual must be an articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with an energetic, charismatic and approachable style

* Strong knowledge of Google Suite, including proficiency in Excel / Powerpoint

* Org Vue is a plus
