Description
The Contract Recruiter role is responsible for sourcing and engaging talent for DIstribution Group Lead, Supervisor, and Manager opportunities supporting Distribution Center operations in Central Ohio. Requires engagement of talent at scale utilizing active and passive recruiting techniques. The contract term is anticipated to be 4 months in duration. This role is a remote position, we are seeking talent within a commutable distance of Columbus, Ohio to participate in structured onsite onboarding.
Must possess the ability to:
* Identify appropriate sourcing strategies
* Recruting software knwoledge: ATS, CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Incorporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in recruiting strategy
* Storytelling to present unigue career opportunities and organizational culture
* Source talent at scale
* Manage large slate of candidates for event type virtual interview process
* Engage and influence hiring managers in talent discussions
Qualifications
* 5- 7 years of staffing experience in organizations of size that are recognized for best practices in recruiting
* Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver customer-focused, bottom-line oriented staffing solutions as a member of a functional staffing team
* Must have the ability to be a highly effective relationship builder
* Proven ability and comfort in cold calling and effectively sourcing passive candidates
* Demonstrated competencies in the areas of recruitment, change management and compensation
* Experience with Social Media Recruiting (i.e. Linked In, FaceBook and Twitter is required
* Bachelor's degree
