Senior Associate, Federal Transformation Delivery

Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

* Update and advise on the implementation of program-wide organizational change management (OCM) strategy rooted in ADKAR
* Act as liaison between multiple key stakeholders and clients across multiple echelons and sub-organizations / offices
* Effectively communicate and translate complex information (e.g. - technical / agile language) into understandable common language
* Add structure and apply organizational methods to complex and siloed environment
* Coach and lead client towards key change decisions and activities, educate clients on OCM processes

Qualifications:

* A minimum of three years organization change management experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
* Experience in business transformation projects including process improvement and change management
* Knowledge and experience implementing the ADKAR model
* Experience leading OCM efforts across a large-scale Agile program
* Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S.citizenship
